UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Insurance Special Assessment: Board to meet to discuss and consider approving motion for a special assessment to cover insurance costs.

- Rationale: Insurance premium for wind & hazard insurance exceeds current budgeted amount, and we need to obtain sufficient funds to meet this expense.
- After all insurance renewal premiums paid (October 2023), then any excess funds from this special assessment shall be refunded to the owner.
NEW BUSINESS:
Board discussion regarding changing the scheduled regular monthly Board meetings, no meeting in August, to the third Thursday of the month from the current second Thursday.

- Rationale: Allows the Board to have financials from the immediately preceding month to review at the Board meeting (instead of a month in arrears). Accounting staff needs the additional time to provide the more current financial reports.
