SECURITY GATES:

ITEMS

• Placement of entrance and exit gates
• Gatehouse roof modification
• Length of north side lane (i.e. do we need it to be 20’)
• Cameras and access control system
• Registration of RFID auto entrance sticker transponders

Do we want Association office responsible for activation and deactivation setup?

Alternatively, have Universal setup transponders remotely?  Not necessary for Universal to have transponder in hand.

• Allow owners to self install under the passenger side view mirror? Have Maintenance be available to install if the owner or guest requires assistance.  Alternatively, have Maintenance test and install all transponders.
• Cost to owners for transponders: Build in some additional cost for installation and testing. Cost is $10/each, charge $25/each.
