Reserve Committee Workshop

The Reserve Study prepared by Staebler Appraisal and Consulting will be discussed by the Members of the Reserve Committee; Dick Berner-Chairman, Betty Beaty, Ralph Wiechert and Dave Compton. Ed Tannebaum will participate in his capacity as Chairman of Buildings, Site and Infrastructure. Patricia Staebler, Principal of Staebler Associates, will also participate and answer any questions from the membership.
The complete study is available on the Beachplace website of the owner’s portal, in the Reserve Study section for your review. You will find it is password protected.
This meeting will be a virtual Workshop on ZOOM Link. The Link information will be emailed to the membership on Friday September 24th.
