Purpose

1. To discuss specifics for segregating accounting for the revitalization project (RP) from other reserves. Patricia Staebler advises that “I would separate as little as possible – just separate by components with different useful lives, namely paint, railings, concrete restoration. You can draw from all of these for the revitalization project.”
2. We can treat the RP as a system, separating only a few components, and reallocating past and allocating future funding appropriately.
3. We need to hold back some concrete funding for Complete’s repairs – getting estimates of that.
4. SIRS – no need to consider until 2024.
