SUBJECT ITEMS:
- Refining estimates for railings and other components: Following up on 1/24 town hall.
- Funding for B1: We believe we have funding to do B1. How shall we replenish railings, concrete and painting this year if we begin work on any other building?
- Cash flows related to remediation: Process needed to track, working with Doug and Kim.
- Do lobby doors count in the 100% opening protection calculation: We are checking.
- Preparation for fully funded reserves: This year we must begin preparing estimates that will be needed to fully fund reserves by 1/1/2025. There may be changes to SB 4D that will influence those.
- Longer-term reserve projections: We should begin to do this, given the nature and timing of our revitalization projects.
