Beachplace Association, Inc.

Board of Director’s Candidate Forum

Tuesday – February 21, 2023– 11am-12:30pm

This will be a hybrid meeting held both in the

at the Clubhouse and ZOOM

This forum will provide the Beachplace Association Membership the opportunity to hear the candidates give a short oral summary of their background and qualifications, and describe why they desire to serve on the Board of Directors.

The 2023 candidates are:   (Click on name to bring up Candidates Information Sheet)

• Steve Baker             (BLDG 7 – UNITS 103 & 104)
• Richard Berner       (BLDG 10 – UNIT 104)
• Tom Dutton             (BLGD 4 – UNIT 501 & BLDG 8 – UNIT 206)
• Robert Moran          (BLDG 8 – UNITS 201)

They will be asked questions submitted prior to the Forum from the Membership.  If time permits, The Forum will then be open for the Membership to ask questions of any and all candidates.

Please submit your questions to (manager@beachplacelbk.com) no later than Wednesday – February 20, 2023 at 4pm.

The Forum will be monitored by a non-director Member of the Association.
