Building, Site, & Infrastructure Committee Workshop

The Reserve and Building, Site, Infrastructure Committees have arranged for an Owners’ Workshop with Brian Stirling to discuss Beachplace’s structural engineering report and the upcoming Phase 2 of our remediation plan, which will focus on inspection, testing, and remediation for Building 1. 

It will be a virtual meeting only on zoom. 

The Board encourages you to participate in this discussion. If you have questions, please submit them in advance by noon on Monday 6/20 to the office, so that we can address many questions in a time efficient manner.
