- New Estoppel Certificate
- Increased processing fees for new Estoppel Certificate
- Policy to complete mortgage lender questionnaires
- Office processing fees, including expedited requests, and associated attorney processing fees for completing lender questionnaires submitted to BP Office by mortgage lenders to new or existing BP owners, and approval of reasonable photocopying charges for BP Office photocopying of requested copies of BP Governing Documents and other Association Documents requested by lenders
- New Buyer Application form
- Office processing fee to be charged for New Buyer Application form
