ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
BEACHPLACE ASSOCIATION, INC.
TO ALL MEMBERS:
On Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 10 am (EDT), from its Clubhouse at 1109 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228, and via Zoom Meeting, as provided by the Board Resolution dated December 8, 2020 (Zoom Meeting: Link to be provided March 9, 2021), the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, and other such business as may lawfully be conducted. The Board has passed a resolution authorizing electronic voting. Members who have consented to vote electronically will be able to do so by following the online voting instructions provided herein. The agenda for the Annual Meeting is:
1. Call meeting to order:
a. Introduction of Directors and Guests

2. Election of Directors
3. Establish required quorum (169 Members) as stated in Beachplace Bylaws:
a. Count all proxies received to determine quorum (169)
b. Proxies must be received no later than March 11, 2021 at 10 am (EDT)
4. Minutes of the 2020 Annual Meeting of Membership
a. Motion to accept minutes from the March 12, 2020 Membership Meeting
5. President’s Annual Report
a. State of the Association presented by Eric McCartney – President
b. Announcement of 2030 Survey Participant Winner
